The National Service Resort & Country Club Before this known as the Safara Resort & Country Club.Effective from 17 August 2001, the Club has been renamed National Service Resort & Country Club (NSRCC).Jointly funded by our NSRCC, Civil Defence Association for NSmen (CDANS) and Singapore Police Association for NSmen (SPANS), with the completion of the new golf course in year 2004, many more of our NSmen will be able to enjoy country-club liflifestyle at affordable rates.
